At Mamas & Papas, we want you and your little one to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided through our portal.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized collection point; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
